PR is for Everyone

Whatever your goals are as an organization - starting out, launching something new, growing, or simply trying to stay the course - executing an effective PR strategy should neither break the bank nor require you to become a PR expert. Some organizations legitimately need to keep a PR agency on retainer, and they do and should pay the going rate for the services and expertise from which they benefit. Other organizations simply need guidance, tools, and a plan that they can execute for themselves. This can be achieved through careful groundwork on my part and a simple day-to-day plan for the organization in question. Knowing which tools to use and when - and equally, which tools to skip - will streamline outreach without sacrificing an organization's voice within the media landscape. In short, a PR toolkit can go a long way. You just need the right tools and guidance.
